We can inform you to check-in online through the Betterfly Citilink Mobile Apps in the following ways;
1. Make sure that you have downloaded the “Betterfly Citilink” Mobile Apps.
2. If you already have the Betterfly Citilink Mobile Apps, you can directly click the Check-in menu.
3. Make sure you already have a booking code consisting of a 6 (six) digit combination of letters and flight numbers.
3. Enter the flight booking code and the last name of one of the passengers.
4. Make sure the check-in process is complete and get a boarding pass.
5. Passengers are required to be in the waiting room 40 minutes before departure time (as stated on the boarding pass)
